“On behalf of Maroondah City Council we would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of you (& teams) for the tireless work that has been undertaken and ultimately delivered for the Croydon Community Wellbeing Precinct Hub B – Children’s Services (Kinder & Occasional Care) component of the works.
Words really cannot express how appreciative we are of all of you and your extended teams to help us deliver a vision for the community during what some may sum up as very trying times (ie: COVID). You have all displayed and shown a very community minded approach to your working on a day to day basis to deliver an outstanding product and maintaining quality within a very constrained timeline and also whilst upholding a very high standard of safety (both COVID & general OH & S).
As you may have gathered through the duration of your works, this project (in its entirety over the next few years) is the single largest project that Council has ever embarked on and the work that you have contributed to is essentially the commencement of the onsite component of this project. The commencement of this project signals a major change for Croydon in the transformation of the former civic precinct into what will become a major well-being and community space.
Your comradery and willingness to help each other onsite did not go unnoticed and we believe that this contributed immensely to the outstanding product that has been delivered thus far.
